By accessing or using Niru's services, including Banquet-Pro software, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
Niru provides venue management software ("Banquet-Pro") designed to help banquet halls, wedding venues, and event spaces manage bookings, payments, staff scheduling, and lead tracking. Our platform is accessible via web browsers and mobile applications.
3. Free Pilot & Subscriptions
We offer a 2-week free pilot program with no credit card required. After the pilot period, continued access requires a paid subscription. Subscription plans and pricing are customized based on your venue's needs and scale.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
4. User Responsibilities
As a user of our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Use the service only for lawful purposes
- Not attempt to access, tamper with, or use non-public areas of our systems
- Not share your account access with unauthorized users
5. Data & Security

6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Niru shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our services.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
